At the tip of the sword-shaped tower are Ototachibana-hime and Takemikazunushi, who hold out their hands to each other.

The legend is based on the tragic love story of Ototachibana Ehime, who threw herself into the sea to comfort the god of the sea in order to save his life.

From the observatory, which is reminiscent of a ship in Kisarazu, you can see not only the city but also the whole Tokyo Bay, Yokohama Bay Bridge, and Shinjuku subcenter.
